**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons

* Support the implementation of behavior management strategies
* Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to enhance the overall learning environment

**Requirements:**

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting student success
* Initiative and a willingness to collaborate with the teaching team
