Job Summary:

StormX Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the HR team, you will provide generalist support and advisory services to managers and colleagues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for managers and colleagues, providing guidance on employment law, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead employee relations case work, ensuring fair and effective resolution of issues.
  • Ensure accuracy and currency of HR data on systems.
  • Provide timely HR reports and respond to ad hoc data requests.
  • Support employee life-cycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, pay reviews, and leavers process.
  • Contribute to key business-wide HR projects, driving business growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR generalist roles, with a strong understanding of employment law and policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach.
