International Marketing Director

The International Marketing Director is a key role within the Cordis International Marketing Team, responsible for developing and executing the international marketing strategy for the SELUTION SLR DEB portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage marketing plans for all DEBs in the region, aligning with Global Marketing and International Commercial Groups to drive business growth and meet/exceed Business Plan forecasts.
- Become a product expert on the product lines and work closely with local commercial marketing partners to drive revenue growth and market share gains.
- Ensure product knowledge is effectively transferred to commercial regional groups and field organizations in collaboration with the training department.
- Design and execute new product launch plans, including positioning, marketing mix, and promotional aspects for new products in collaboration with local commercial marketing teams and internal training department.
- Represent the marketing function on cross-functional new product and new project core teams.
- Collaborate with Global Marketing to develop next-generation products and procedural techniques/workflows to ensure Cordis maximizes opportunities in the market.
- Develop financial models supporting New Product/Business Development Opportunities in the region, taking into consideration regional variations and various stages of market maturity.
- Participate in strategic projects and presentations to senior leadership/C-suite.
- Collaborate with Market Research Group for all competitive intelligence and competitive information related to the product portfolio.
- Ensure business continuity through demand planning and forecasting activities with supply chain and regional commercial partners.
- Interface with multiple functions, including Clinical & Regulatory, Education & Training, and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment and launch excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in science/engineering or finance/business preferred.
- Previous experience in management consulting or MBA strongly preferred.
- Medical device industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel 30% domestic and/or international, including weekend travel.
- Ability to speak English at a very high level and ideally two more EMEA languages.
