We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic educator to make a lasting impact on young learners at Teaching Tomorrow Ltd.

Position: Classroom Educator
Location: Daventry, Northamptonshire
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum

Job Summary:

As a Class Teacher for Year 4 pupils, you will deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum, creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student well-being and academic progress.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and Assessment: Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons to meet the needs of all students.
  • Classroom Environment: Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas, resources, and best practices to enhance student learning.
  • Student Progress: Regularly assess, track, and report on student development to inform future planning and interventions.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential.
  • Experience in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for nurturing young minds.
