Daytime Healthcare Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Orthopaedic Physiotherapist to join their team at a leading private hospital group. This is an excellent opportunity for a physiotherapist to develop their career and work with a modern and well-equipped hospital.

About the Role:

  1. Assess and treat patients with complex orthopaedic conditions.
  2. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
  3. Develop and maintain own knowledge and skills to provide best practice in orthopaedic physiotherapy.
  4. Promote health and safety and security in the workplace.
  5. Contribute to the development and maintenance of services.
  6. Promote equality, diversity, and rights in patient care.
  7. Apply technology to measure, monitor, and treat patients.
  8. Acknowledge the risk of Healthcare Associated Infections (HCAI) and understand own responsibility in prevention and control.

Requirements:

  1. Must hold a Degree (BSc Hons in Physiotherapy).
  2. Must be respiratory and on-call competent.
  3. Experience of assessing, diagnosing, and treating a range of patients/cases.
  4. Working with multi-disciplinary teams.
  5. Evidence of applying effective clinical reasoning strategies to complex cases with supervision.
  6. Postgraduate experience as a Physiotherapist across a range of specialties.
  7. Experience of independently managing/prioritising case loads.
  8. Must have experience in orthopaedic physio.
  9. Possess Equipment and Medical Devices Competences.
  10. Possess Mandatory Training including Infection Control competences and health and safety.
  11. Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  12. Willing to work flexible working pattern e.g. occasional evenings up to 8pm, on-call and on the weekend rota.
  13. Empathy for vulnerable and sick patients.
  14. Empathy for principles and importance of equality and dignity at work.
  15. Member of Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
