Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Investinwestlothian is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance targets.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
