Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to provide outstanding customer service
  • Create a positive and productive working environment
  • Forge strong links with the local community and host local events
  • Manage the store on a day-to-day basis, ensuring high store standards are consistently met
  • Recruit, mentor, train, and plan shifts for colleagues
  • Drive the store and business forward, ensuring KPIs are met and the store is fit for the future
  • Ensure a clean, efficient, and safe operation, complying with health and safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Management experience is essential
