Job Summary:

Ultimate Recruitment is seeking a skilled VNA driver to join our client's team in Desborough. As a VNA driver, you will be responsible for safely unloading and loading goods using manual handling equipment, logging all incoming and outgoing goods on the Warehouse Management System, and accurately picking and packing orders for dispatch.

Responsibilities:

* Safely unload and load goods using appropriate manual handling equipment
* Log all incoming and outgoing goods on the Warehouse Management System
* Accurately pick and pack orders for dispatch in line with customer requirements
* Complete stock checks on time, safely, and accurately
* Work collaboratively to achieve daily team targets
* Report machinery faults and health and safety breaches following proper procedures

Requirements:

* Accredited VNA license
* Excellent time management and punctuality
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication skills

Pay and Benefits:

* Paye Days: £13.43 per hour, overtime rate: £17.46
* Umbrella: £16.12 per hour, overtime rate: £20.90 after 37.5 hours
* Paye Nights: £14.43 per hour, overtime rate: £18.46 after 37.5 hours
* Umbrella: £17.12 per hour, overtime rate: £21.90 after 37.5 hours
