Claims Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced claims professional to join our team as a Claims Service Manager. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Glasgow or Leeds offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high-quality, innovative client service in accordance with agreed service levels.
- Develop and support team members in achieving their objectives through coaching and mentoring.
- Liaise with the Claims Service and Technical Leader to ensure effective working relationships between stakeholders.
- Ensure compliant audit feedback is provided and appropriate training attended for self and direct reports.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take your claims career to the next level. Combining your existing technical knowledge with your coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills, you will inspire and develop the next generation of claims talent in our Glasgow office.
Requirements:
- Proven commercial claims experience gained from within a Broking, Insurer, TPA, or In-House environment.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and handle a variety of projects concurrently.
- A desire to mentor, coach, and develop colleagues to become the best claims professionals they can be.
- Client-focused with a goal of producing the best possible claims outcomes at all times.
