About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multiskilled Electrician to join our team at One Manchester. As a key member of our Homes team, you will play a vital role in delivering an efficient electrical repairs and maintenance service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out operational duties of a multiskilled Electrician, including associated works, across the full range of repairs service on all One Manchester's owned and managed properties and for external clients.
  • Deliver an efficient electrical repairs and maintenance service, including planned, responsive, servicing, void, and installation work.
  • Achieve defined performance targets, KPIs, and productivity levels.
  • Develop and maintain good communication skills when dealing with customers, contractors, and other trades.
  • Carry out all duties in accordance with the Electrical and Repairs policy and comply with all other One Manchester policies.
  • Have served and completed a recognised Electrical apprenticeship or appropriate NVQ standard.
  • Hold a Full UK driving licence.
  • Work carefully, methodically, and safely with good planning and organisational skills.
