About Our Home:

What You'll Do:
As our Executive Chef, you'll be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality food and dining experience. This will involve:
- Implementing and maintaining all aspects of the kitchen, including menus, hygiene, health and safety, cleaning schedules, and waste control.
- Recruiting and training a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff to meet the needs of our residents.
- Supervising and developing the skills of our kitchen team to ensure they're able to provide the best possible service.
- Ensuring that all kitchen staff receive the necessary training and development to meet their roles and responsibilities.
- Conducting regular audits of the kitchen to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Preparing menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents, while also ensuring that they're nutritionally balanced and visually appealing.
- Consulting with residents and their families to ensure that their needs and preferences are being met.
- Maintaining accurate records of kitchen stock levels, waste, and other key metrics.
