Main Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for building and developing the Estate Agency profile in a designated core area. This includes making decisions on targeted marketing/canvassing, developing business contacts with local constituencies, and converting market appraisal opportunities into instructions. With the use of a super hub office nearby, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the customer journey once properties are on the market, utilizing sales negotiators, sale progression, and admin staff at the nearby hub office.
Salary and Benefits:
This exciting role offers an estimated £50,000+ per year complete on-target earnings, including a basic salary of £20,000 to £27,500 per year, dependent on experience. You will also receive three months of supplementary payments to support you while building your pipeline, followed by a "business builder" scheme. Additionally, you will benefit from an uncapped commission scheme, a company car, and some of the best training and coaching in the industry.
