About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Nurse to join our Emergency Department team as a Junior Sister/Charge Nurse. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and supporting the ED Matron and Senior Sisters/Charge Nurses in the effective running of the department.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of nurses in the delivery of high-quality patient care
  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating programmes of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Supervising and monitoring the Emergency Department daily checklists

Requirements:

  • A Degree/Diploma in Nursing or equivalent experience
  • Current NMC Registration
  • Emergency & Unscheduled Care Course or equivalent
