We are seeking a skilled Senior Backend Engineering Director to lead our client's backend engineering team at Trust In SODA. As a key player in our tech-driven company, this individual will be responsible for guiding a team of skilled engineers, driving our engineering strategy, and solving complex technical challenges.

Our company operates in the gaming industry, aiming to do things properly with technology at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and inspire the team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Technical Expertise: Contribute to solving complex engineering problems and ensure the highest standards of code quality. A strong background in Java/Kotlin is required.
  • Strategic Impact: Work alongside other engineering leaders to develop and implement strategies that drive our technical vision.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and ensure seamless integration.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in people management and leading engineering teams.
  • A solid foundation in backend engineering, particularly Java or Kotlin.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for problem-solving and a knack for innovation.
  • The ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
