Vulnerability Management and End Point Protection Specialist

About the Role
The Vulnerability/Endpoint SME role is a key position within our team, requiring expertise in both Vulnerability Management and End Point Protection systems to support a client transition.
This role is based 5 days per week on-site in Salisbury, providing a stable and secure environment for our clients.
As a successful candidate, you will undergo a series of pre-employment checks, including identity, nationality, employment history, and unspent criminal record checks.
Your Responsibilities
- Configuring and using Vulnerability Management tooling.
- Configuring and using End Point Protection tooling.
- Liaison with internal and client technical teams to manage mitigation/remediation of vulnerabilities.
- Reporting both internally and to clients.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong working knowledge of end-to-end Vulnerability Management and End Point tooling.
- Good analytics skills with the ability to translate vulnerabilities to Threats/Risks and provide remediation/mitigation recommendations.
- Hands-on experience of governance and reporting.
- Experience of Defect Management.
- Awareness of Penetration Testing techniques.
Security Clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to already hold Security Check (DV) clearance. The successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 10 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
