About the Role:

In this role as a Care and Activities Coordinator at HC-One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Every single person who works here understands that our Residents are people just like them with their own stories to tell. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement activities that will delight our Residents.
  • Help the Home Manager to organise essential fundraising events.
  • Give our Residents the confidence to socialise more effectively.
  • Work on new activity ideas based on Residents' hobbies.
  • Get the rest of the care home team involved.
