About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Residential Care Team Leader to join our team at CareTech Group.

As a Residential Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of children in our care.

Our team is committed to delivering excellence in care and providing a safe and nurturing environment for our young people.

You will be responsible for leading a team of care workers and ensuring that they receive the support and guidance they need to provide high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care workers to provide high-quality care to children in our care
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child
  • Ensure that all care workers receive the support and guidance they need to provide excellent care
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that children receive a comprehensive range of services

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a residential care setting
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of care workers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing circumstances
