We're seeking a skilled Wind Turbine Technician to join our team at Full Circle Wind Services. As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Enercon turbines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Conduct routine maintenance, diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and perform repairs to ensure optimal turbine performance.
  • On-Site Support: Provide exceptional customer service, keeping customers informed and reassured throughout the maintenance process.
  • Safety & Quality: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, identify potential hazards, and maintain high standards for quality and reliability.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to identify opportunities for improving turbine performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years working with Enercon turbines or similar models.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
  • Certification: Valid GWO certifications (Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling).
  • Readiness: Comfortable working in challenging conditions like heights and varying weather.
  • License: A valid driver's license to facilitate travel to turbine locations.
  • Safety Savvy: A deep understanding of safety regulations and industry standards.

  • Cool under pressure, even in high-stress situations.
  • A natural problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
