Job Title: Project Design Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Design Engineer to join our team at 4Sure Recruitment Solutions Limited. As a Project Design Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the project is delivered safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project design and development, preferably in the engineering industry.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
