Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the company's indoor and outdoor pig units, including:

  • Repairing and servicing equipment and buildings on company farms.
  • Maintaining and expanding the company's pig units, including brick and blockwork, carpentry, groundworks, plumbing, welding, fitting, and basic fabrication.
  • Ensuring all company vehicles are kept in roadworthy condition and reporting any damage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and buildings.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and efficient use of resources.
  • Participate in on-farm training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
