You'll be based in Woking, working within a dynamic team that offers 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, a competitive salary range of £25,000-£28,000 (DOE) plus a performance-related bonus, and benefits including breakfast and lunch provision, flexible working hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm), and engaging company events. Key responsibilities include: Providing diligent administrative assistance to the Operations Manager, including upholding accurate records, maintaining data integrity, creating detailed reports, and supporting teams through streamlined processes. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless operations, suggesting process enhancements, and overseeing regulatory adherence. Maintaining rapport with clients, facilitating excellent customer care, and expanding project scope according to objectives and deliverables. Essential attributes encompass effective communication skills, proficient Microsoft Office application knowledge, proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, problem-solving acumen, ability to coordinate multiple tasks, dedication to delivering quality outcomes, and strong interpersonal skills enabling harmonious teamwork.
