Your key responsibilities will include managing accounts, developing new business, and providing exceptional customer service to a diverse range of clients. You will also be responsible for working with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans, leveraging your commercial acumen and awareness of the local business landscape.

In addition to running the insurance agency, you will be employed by the UFU as a local Group Manager, enabling you to engage with the local farming community, arrange meetings and events, and contribute to the growth and development of the rural sector.
