Warehouse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Specialist to join our team at Willis Global Ltd on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately and work on a full-time, Monday-to-Friday schedule (8:00am - 4:30pm) for a period of 4-6 weeks.
Job Purpose:- To ensure the effective maintenance, repair, and preparation of specialist medical devices/equipment between rental events originating in various care settings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the decontamination, quality control checks, repairs, and recording of all activities using manual and IT systems. They will also manage and prioritize available stock to meet business needs and demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Decontamination of medical devices to a high standard following company procedures
- Operation of industrial laundry systems
- Quality control checks and repairs ensuring all equipment is maintained to a high standard
- Recording of all activities using manual and IT systems

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment preferred
- Awareness of health and safety in a technical environment, with manual handling requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- The ability to work quickly, safely, and methodically
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a dynamic and changing environment
- Good IT skills
Estimated Salary: £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.
