Job Summary:

Crewit Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Estimator to lead the charge in preparing accurate cost estimates and budgets for complex steel structures. As a Senior Estimator, you will collaborate with engineering, project management, and procurement teams to deliver comprehensive tender submissions, ensuring that every detail aligns with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare cost estimates and budgets for large structural steel projects.
• Lead the development of comprehensive tender submissions for complex steel structures.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and procurement teams to ensure accurate project pricing.
• Review and analyze drawings, specifications, and contracts to assess project requirements.
• Manage and negotiate contracts, variations, and pricing with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Evaluate and mitigate project risks, ensuring that estimates align with project timelines and objectives.
• Oversee the handover of successful bids to the project execution teams.
• Stay updated on market rates, material costs, and industry trends within the steel construction sector.

Requirements:
