About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at Jaguar Land Rover Norwich. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting key features and benefits
  • Negotiate sales and ensure a smooth handover process
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Full EU driving license
  • Previous sales experience in the automotive industry (desirable)
