We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Distribution Manager to join our client, a leading player in their sector, in a key role that will drive the company's logistical operations forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective distribution strategies to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the distribution process, maintaining and monitoring departmental KPIs to ensure operational excellence.

  • Previous responsibility for 50+ people, with management experience in complex warehouse and distribution operations.
