This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Systemic Psychotherapist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and delivery of systemic family therapy services, supporting clients and their families across transitions of care.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Systemic Family Therapy, with experience in providing highly specialist family and couples therapy. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds.

The salary for this role is £43,141 - £70,305 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including Season Ticket Loans, NHS discounts, and an excellent pension scheme.

Job Description:

• To provide highly specialist family and couples therapy to clients and their families, supporting them across transitions of care.
• To develop and deliver carers' education sessions, formulation sessions with clients and families, and systemic support for colleagues with their clients.
• To contribute to the development and delivery of trauma-informed care approaches, empowering clients and their families to achieve optimal outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Recognised highly specialist formal training to Masters Level or equivalent in Systemic Family Therapy and UKCP Registration.
• Experience in providing highly specialist family and couples therapy, with a strong background in Systemic Family Therapy.
