As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the site's plumbing infrastructure, ensuring the health and safety of staff and inmates.

The successful candidate will possess strong plumbing skills, with a focus on preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair. An understanding of Legionella Control (L8) procedures and experience working in a commercial environment would be beneficial. Our client offers a competitive salary package, including an estimated £50,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out regular maintenance tasks, including drain cleaning and pipe repairs
  • Responding to emergency call-outs and resolving issues promptly
  • Conducting routine inspections and reporting any defects or areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Please note that a prison security clearance will be required for this position.
