Job Title: UPVC Carpenter - Property Maintenance Specialist

Salary: £38,550.00 per annum

We are seeking an experienced UPVC Carpenter to join our in-house maintenance team at Daniel Owen Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of property maintenance tasks, including window repairs, door fittings, and general maintenance repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out internal and external window repairs, including single and double glazing, door repairs, lock refits, and other related tasks.
  • Install and repair external door fittings, splice repairs, locksmith repairs, bathroom sub-floors, bath panels, and kitchen repairs/refits.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
  • Own hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be provided if needed)
