Senior Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Officer to join our team in Stafford/Hybrid. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for the effective production of our group's payroll, including the support of our Payroll Officers.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth payroll knowledge, pension legislation knowledge, and experience of working within a payroll environment. Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel, and strong numeracy and analytical skills are essential.
The Senior Payroll Officer will receive a comprehensive induction programme and excellent learning opportunities, including mandatory and specialist training available. Our client offers 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays and 3 concessionary days.
Key aspects of the Senior Payroll Officer role include:
- Payroll delivery and ensuring the accuracy of payrolls under our client's organization and making relevant adjustments where appropriate.
- Supporting the maintenance of payroll systems and ensuring they are fit for purpose, including Tax Year end.
