About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with senior team members as needed.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement technical designs to create exceptional design concepts.
  • Work with junior team members to enhance their professional development and skills.
  • Attend site meetings and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • ARB registered.
  • Significant post-Part 3 qualification experience.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of Revit.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
