Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Runner at our popular pub in South West London. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a fantastic experience in our pub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver food and drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collect glasses and maintain a clean and tidy environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a high level of customer satisfaction
