Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Theatre Practitioner to join our team at our brand-new site in Coventry. This role will involve operational management of our theatre provision and teams, ensuring seamless delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effective rostering of the team to meet clinic and theatre list needs
  • Leadership and training of team members
  • Continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with clinical practices and developments in Optometry
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner with current registration
  • Previous experience in hospital eye services or private eye clinics
  • Knowledge of clinical practice and current developments in Optometry
