Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and update the Service Catalogue, ensuring it meets the needs of users.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the Service Catalogue, driving user adoption and engagement.
  • Analyze data and feedback to inform improvements and optimize the Service Catalogue's functionality.

About the Role:

This full-time permanent position is based at our Highfield Campus. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary between £30,505 and £34,866 per annum.

What You'll Need:

  • A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in service management, IT service delivery, or a related area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
