Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Associate to join our team at a partnership primary school in Stockport.

This role involves working closely with teachers to provide individualized support to children with special educational needs, and contributing to the creation of a safe and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to children in need.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement tailored learning plans.
  • Contribute to the assessment of children's learning and progress.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Learning Support Associate or similar role is desirable.
  • Strong subject knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing circumstances is required.
Salary Details

£22,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
