About the Role

Costello Medical is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Pro Bono division as an Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality projects that make a real difference to the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder engagement.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform project decisions and recommendations.
  • Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and other materials to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., biology, chemistry, pharmacy, medicine).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
