Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Broker to join our team at Get Recruited Ltd. As a Commercial Insurance Account Broker, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing tailored insurance solutions, and negotiating with insurers to secure the best terms and premiums for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  2. Insurance Solutions: Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide tailored insurance solutions to clients, ensuring they have the right coverage for their business.
  3. Negotiation and Communication: Negotiate with insurers to secure the best terms and premiums for clients, and communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  4. Policy Administration: Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, handle policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, and claims support.
  5. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulatory changes, ensuring you have the knowledge to provide the best possible service to clients.
  6. Business Development: Contribute to the company's growth strategies and business development initiatives, identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Proven experience as a Commercial Insurance Account Broker, preferably with a focus on Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.
  2. Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of commercial insurance products and the UK insurance market.
  3. Skill: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  4. Qualifications: CII qualifications (Cert CII or Dip CII) preferred.
