Hygiene Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hygiene Operative to join our team at Greencore Group Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our factory.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain all equipment and production areas to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
- Report on stock levels to support the Hygiene Team Leader in maintaining a fully stocked inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the required standard and schedule.
- Use cleaning products at the correct dilution to ensure safe and efficient use.
- Maintain discretion at all times, as you will be working in areas containing confidential information.
- Work safely and adhere to all health and safety procedures.
- Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate regularly with the Hygiene Team Leader as needed.
- Previous experience in a hygiene-based role is essential.
- Health & Safety Level 2 certification.
- Food Safety Level 2 certification.
- COSHH Awareness training.
- Ability to learn and train in different areas of the site.
- Ability to follow written instructions.
- Good eye for detail to achieve inspection and cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently for periods of time.
