Key Responsibilities
  • Manage vehicle arrivals and departures to prevent bottlenecks and optimize time management.
  • Maximize space utilization by efficiently storing finished goods and utilizing stock rotation and management practices.
  • Communicate with incoming drivers and provide clear instructions for the entire process, ensuring adherence to site Health and Safety protocols.
  • Utilize bespoke computer systems to monitor stock levels, track locations, and manage sales orders with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the customer representative to maintain seamless communication with external customers and quickly address any disruptions in the process.
  • Drive FLT and Combilift.
Requirements
  • IT literate with the ability to use SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • Good attention to detail and a high standard of work.
  • H&S orientated.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • FLT Counterbalance licence would be advantageous but full training will be provided.
