Care Services Manager

Gordon Yates is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Homecare Professional to join their team as a Domiciliary Care Manager in Suffolk. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high-quality care, leading a team, and promoting excellent client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with service users and their families, maintaining open communication and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet individual needs and preferences.
- Lead safeguarding efforts to protect vulnerable clients.
The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 per annum, plus performance-related bonuses. Additional benefits include 28 days of holiday (including bank holidays), a pension scheme, ongoing training and professional development, access to wellbeing and support services, and discounts and rewards via an employee benefits platform.
