The Role:
As an Examination Support Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a patient and supportive environment for our students, adhering to JCQ guidelines. You may work in a hall venue with a large group or in a small room with more vulnerable students. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a positive role model, promoting essential skills and attributes in a classroom setting
- Utilize experience working with children to provide effective support
- Maintain high expectations of behavior and contribute to a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals
