About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Property Claims Technician to join our team at Sedgwick. As a key member of our claims team, you will play a vital role in managing direct cases and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing direct cases and making decisions on each claim based on the facts.
  • Support colleagues by sharing information, gathering evidence, and working with third parties to provide full account case details of the claim through to settlement or repudiation.
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with customers to promote customer satisfaction during all stages of the claim.
  • Prioritize workload on a daily basis and work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
  • Utilize excellent keyboard/IT skills to manage and process claims efficiently.
