Content Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised Content Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves supporting our editorial and production processes, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality publications.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate editorial and production processes for multiple publications.
- Liaise with authors, editors, designers, and printers to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Proofread and edit manuscripts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Maintain and update customer databases and contacts to facilitate efficient communication.
- Prepare and distribute administrative documents, such as contracts and agreements.
- Support marketing and distribution efforts for our publications.
- Previous experience in publishing or a related field.
- Exceptional proofreading and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Sheets and Docs to manage administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with content management systems and publishing software to streamline processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
The estimated salary for this role is £27,000 - £29,800 per annum, depending on experience. This is a part-time position, working 24 hours per week with hybrid working arrangements.
