Responsibilities:
  • Develop expertise in our internal CRM system, Lawsoft, to maintain accurate client information.
  • Utilize Worksite to create new files, enter information accurately, and file daily correspondence.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders using MS Outlook, managing your diary and ensuring meeting rooms are booked and equipped.
  • Handle telephone enquiries in a professional manner, adhering to agreed timescales.
  • Assist with reception duties, maintaining a log of visitors to the firm.
Requirements:
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when working with data or creating content.
