Hotel General Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our boutique hotel in North Yorkshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the hotel's operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the hotel's profitability, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
  • Provide effective leadership to the hotel team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Comply with and exceed all brand service standards, ensuring a high level of quality and consistency.
  • Control costs and identify revenue opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve hotel budgets and set short- and long-term goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in hotel management, with a strong track record of increasing profitability.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in budgeting, revenue proposals, and forecasting.
  • Hands-on operational management skills, with the ability to drive results and improve processes.
