Software Engineering Leadership Position

We are looking for an exceptional Software Engineering Leadership Position to join our team at Tech Futures. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development of host support software for new silicon products.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in software engineering, particularly in designing Linux Kernel and userspace drivers. You should also have excellent leadership skills and be able to manage a team of software engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop host support software for semiconductor company's new silicon products
- Lead a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in designing Linux Kernel and userspace drivers
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
