Job Summary:
Resourcing Group is seeking a skilled Highway Maintenance Specialist to maintain Surrey Highways for the next 10 years. The ideal candidate will have experience in road repairs, traffic control, and similar tasks.

About the Role:
This permanent opportunity includes benefits such as holiday pay, pension, sick pay, and death in service. Full training and qualifications will be provided. The successful candidate will perform routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks on highways, roads, and associated infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks on highways, roads, and associated infrastructure.
- Conduct reinstatement activities in compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and relevant industry codes of practice.
- Repair road surfaces, footpaths, and verges by accurately matching materials, textures, and colours to ensure a seamless integration with existing surfaces.
- Operate various tools and machinery, including but not limited to pneumatic drills, pedestrian rollers, compactors, and tarmac rollers, to complete reinstatement work efficiently and to the required standards.

Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in highway maintenance or traffic management. Previous work with road repairs, traffic control, or similar tasks is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong understanding of road safety regulations and maintenance practices. Ability to operate relevant machinery and equipment proficiently. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary and Benefits:
