About the Role

Capco is seeking a Business Analyst to deliver projects across the Insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise and knowledge of the Insurance industry, including London Market, General Insurance, and Life & Pensions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shaping and defining business problems, opportunities, and requirements.
  • Delivering solutions that resolve business problems and setting out impacts and risks.
  • Delivering business analysis activities on projects and programmes.
  • Ensuring integrity and alignment of proposed and chosen solutions with business needs.
  • Developing and professionalising themselves and the business analyst community.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Business Analysis with strong analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and leaders.
  • Strong understanding of product management and ability to influence others when creating a roadmap.
  • Knowledge of the Insurance Industry preferred but not essential.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and Professional Business Analysis Certification preferred.
