As a specialist teaching assistant, you will provide dedicated support to students in a well-respected secondary school in Worcester. This long-term, full-time supply position offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offering individualized support to students with diverse learning needs
  • Supporting classroom activities and interventions
  • Liaising with the class teacher and SENDCo to ensure effective student support

Requirements:

  • At least 12 months of experience supporting children in a school environment
  • Excellent communication and behavioral management skills
  • Ability to build professional relationships with students and staff

Salary estimates for this role are around £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
