About the Role

The ERP Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the business applications to ensure they are configured for efficient use. This includes gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing and delivering system improvements via application configuration or software development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all business functions to ensure ERP / CRM applications are configured for efficient use.
  • Gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing and delivering system improvement via application configuration or software development.
  • Identifying and documenting development requirements and working with vendors to deliver.
  • Evaluation, testing and deployment of regular application updates.
  • Production of end user documentation and delivery of training.
  • On boarding of acquired businesses to Rubix ERP systems.
  • Evaluation and implementation of new applications.
  • Report, interface, and dashboard design within the K8 ERP system.
Requirements
  • A track record of ERP system advanced support, maintenance and development.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and issue resolution at any one time.
  • Proven requirement gathering and analysis skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Experience within a distribution-based industry.
  • A clear understanding of finance functions.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience working with K8 ERP system.
  • Finance or operations experience.
  • Business Analysis qualification (ISEB).
